2. Service Agreements
By scheduling or purchasing any service, you agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding your property and requested services.
Ensure access to necessary water and power sources where applicable.
Remove or secure any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items prior to the service.
Notify us of any pre-existing damage or special concerns regarding your property’s surfaces.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if unsafe or unsuitable conditions are present.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All pricing provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope, square footage, and condition of the surfaces being cleaned.
You will be notified before any additional charges are applied.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, e-transfer, or online payment.
Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as permitted by law. MC PowerWash reserves the right to withhold or delay future services for unpaid balances.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule services for safety and quality reasons.
6. Property and Surface Conditions
Pressure washing can reveal pre-existing damage such as oxidation, cracks, chipping paint, or weakened surfaces.
MC PowerWash is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper materials not suitable for pressure washing.
We always use appropriate pressure levels and cleaning solutions for each surface type, but the client is responsible for notifying us of any known issues prior to cleaning.
7. Liability and Safety
MC PowerWash carries full insurance for our operations; however, we are not liable for:
Damage due to pre-existing conditions or structural weaknesses.
Electrical hazards, open windows, or unsecured property during service.
Any injuries sustained by persons other than our crew during active service.
Clients must ensure pets, children, and bystanders remain at a safe distance during service operations.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if necessary, schedule a touch-up or partial refund at our discretion.
9. Website Use
All content on the MC PowerWash website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by or licensed to MC PowerWash. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, or to transmit any harmful code, spam, or fraudulent information.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website, forms, or communication channels will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
